Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute & HCA Midwest Heath are seeking a hematology & oncology physician with an interest in acute leukemia and benign hematology.
Qualified Candidates:
- Interest in supporting programmatic development for blood cancer along with two other partners
- Board certified or board eligible hematologist oncologist or medical oncologist w/hematology interest (acute leukemia, malignant hematology, & benign hematology specifically)
- Clinician will support daily inpatient rounds and 24 hour call coverage 1-2 weeks per month
- Eligible for state licensure in Missouri
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Program:
- Growing team of two physicians, two advanced practice providers, dedicated nurse navigator, clinical research coordinators, social worker, and oncology director
- Dedicated ancillary support including PharmD and two hematopathologists onsite
- Apheresis services are onsite and available
- 16-bed inpatient oncology unit and 6-bed malignant hematology and cell therapy suite
- 19-bay outpatient infusion suite with 2 private procedure rooms & 10 exam rooms
- Radiation, medical oncology, surgery on site and available
