When creating a new account for the Job Center, I receive a message stating that I already have an account. What is my log-in information?
If you are an ASH member or have previously created an ASH account for any online transaction through the hematology.org website, you do not need to create a separate account. Your current log-in information may be used for the Job Center.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
Please contact ASH customer service at 866-828-1231. International callers dial 001 202-776-0544. Inquires may also be submitted to Jobbank@hematology.org.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it at any time by following the "Forgot Password?" on the "Log In" page.
Can I create a second account with the same email address?
You can only have one account per email address. In order to create a second account, you will need to use a different email address.
Who is eligible to post resumes in the ASH Job Center?
Any job seeker with an active account can post a resume.
Who can browse the job seeker resume database?
Resumes are available to employers with at least one active job listing in the ASH Job Center.
How do I change my account profile information?
To change your account profile information, you will first need to log into your account. Once you are logged into your account, click on your name in the My Account menu on the right-hand side of the page to access and edit your account information.
I am an ASH member; am I eligible for a member discount?
ASH does not offer membership discounts for the Job Center.
How can I get a receipt for my past job listing(s)?
Order history and receipts for all Job Center purchases are available from the My Account menu in the Employers area of the site.
