<p>This is an opportunity to join a busy and growing practice as we look towards expansion in the hematologic and cellular therapy care provided at New Hampshire's only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. This role is part of a team-based approach, inclusive of communication with case managers, social workers, and bed managers, ensuring appropriate patient-centered transitions of care. In addition to clinical care, the academic institution and collaboration with Geisel School of Medicine allows unique opportunities to engage in clinical and research programs, clinical trials research, cancer chemoprevention, clinical and basic pharmacology, novel cell therapy constructs, and participation in a broad range of teaching initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Both Internal Medicine Hospitalists with an interest in hematology and Hematologists with an interest in inpatient care will be considered for this position.</strong></p>
<p>The Hematology and Cellular Therapy Hospitalist will serve as the attending physician for the inpatient hematology and cellular therapy service on alternating one-week blocks (7 days on / 7 days off) with additional sick call backup coverage. An alternative schedule may be considered. No night coverage is required.</p>
<p>A full-time hospitalist will provide 24 weeks of inpatient service per year, providing direct patient care (including admissions) as well as supervising and teaching advanced practice providers, fellows, and residents.</p>
<ul>
<li>The hospitalist will directly oversee a team of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in providing high quality subspecialized and step-down level care for a complex and diverse patient population. No &ldquo;first-call&rdquo; responsibilities.</li>
<li>The hospitalist will complete all inpatient documentation and billing in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>The hospitalist will have clinical, academic, and teaching responsibilities to support their career development.</li>
<li>The hospitalist will closely collaborate with outpatient hematology team to maintain the highest quality care and patient safety during patient transitions and discharges.</li>

Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH) in Charlotte, NC is recruiting a Board-Certified Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist with specialized training in pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) and Cellular therapies to join their team. The hospital offers comprehensive transplant services and is an approved site for CAR-T therapies and sickle cell disease treatments. 

Position Highlights:
State of the Art Facility - We currently have a dedicated 8-bed cellular therapies unit with a dedicated play space and ability to expand when needed. Perform autologous, matched sibling, unrelated donor, cord blood, and haploidentical donor transplants. We are also an approved site for CAR-T cell therapies with multiple commercial agents.  
Well-Established and Diverse Program for patients with sickle cell disease seeking curative therapy.  This includes matched sibling and alternative donor transplants as well as being an authorized treatment center for Casgevy. The BMT program is FACT accredited and is a COG and NMDP Transplant Center.  

Team Based Care - Collaboration with a large and growing adult BMT program.  We currently have 4 BMT physicians, 3 Advanced Care Practitioners, 2 coordinators and a growing team to meet the needs of 40+ transplant patients/year.  
Quality of Life - Responsibilities for the new physician will include patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient facilities. The inpatient service is managed by our APP’s and night hospitalist service.

•	Completed additional training in Pediatric BMT and Cellular therapies following Pediatric Hematology and Oncology fellowship.

This includes comprehensive oversight within the Henry Ford Medical Group and across the system&rsquo;s Cancer Service Line. In this role, the DH will play a pivotal part in advancing innovation, quality, and academics, helping to shape and elevate the delivery of cancer care throughout Metro Detroit and beyond.</span></p>

<p>The Dartmouth Cancer Center (DCC) is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative full- time Hematologist to join our Hemophilia &amp; Thrombosis Center at our main campus in Lebanon, NH.</p>
<p>The Hemophilia &amp; Thrombosis Center, part of the Dartmouth Cancer center, is one the three federally funded Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Centers in northern New England. Our Center is part of the national network supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The center provides comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with inherited and acquired bleeding and clotting disorders and houses the region&rsquo;s only specialized coagulation laboratory.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will collaborate effectively within an expanding integrated health system, have excellent communication skills, and evidence of a strong clinical background. Responsibilities and activities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Outpatient clinic consultations for patients with bleeding or clotting disorders</li>
<li>Inpatient consultations for patients with bleeding or clotting disorders who present to the emergency department or are admitted under medicine or surgical services.</li>
<li>Teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students on consultative or clinic rotations.</li>
<li>Participation in local coagulation conferences and regional activities</li>
<li>Engaging in quality improvement and clinical research projects</li>
<li>Collaboration with and coordination of the multidisciplinary team (nursing, advanced practice providers, physical therapist, social worker and other health care professionals) to provide holistic care for patients with bleeding disorders including hemophilia, von Willebrand&rsquo;s disease and other rare bleeding disorders</li>
<li>Candidate will be eligible for an academic appointment through the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with qualifications.</li>
<li>This position&nbsp;<strong><em>does not</em></strong>&nbsp;have inpatient malignant hematology service requirements</li>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for this hospital-employed position that offers an outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consult responsibilities in a busy infusion service. The care team includes five physicians and two nurse practitioners, with a four-day workweek and an average daily census of 15&ndash;18 patients, along with approximately two inpatient consults during call. Call responsibilities are shared among the group, and the practice utilizes Epic as its EMR. Physicians benefit from on-site radiation oncology featuring a state-of-the-art linear accelerator and SRS capabilities. The program is a longstanding independent member of ECOG/ACRIN, with excellent pathology and surgical subspecialty support, a clinical affiliation with a major Harvard academic tertiary center, and membership in the Beth Israel Lahey Health Hematology/Oncology Network. The Cancer Center and Breast Center are CoC-accredited and have received the Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award.</span></p>
