The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine and New York Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an academically oriented board-certified/board eligible hematologist-oncologist to join our growing division at New York Presbyterian/Queens.
The applicant will join the Weill Cornell Medicine faculty and a rapidly expanding hematology oncology program that services Queens. The applicant will develop an outpatient practice caring for patients with lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia and other blood cancers. The successful candidate will work with leaders in academic medicine at the main campus to bring our world class heme malignancies program to Queens with an emphasis on clinical research in lymphoma and myeloma. Participation in research activities of the Meyer Cancer Center is required and will be supported.
NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens is the largest voluntary hospital in Queens and serves patients in a culturally and ethnically diverse area. This 535-bed tertiary facility is an academic affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College, and has been an integral part of the community since 1957 with active services in all medical and surgical disciplines. New York-Presbyterian/Queens boasts a large Hospitalist Program as well as an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
