A Clinical Research position is available in the Experimental Transplantation and Immunotherapy Branch (ETIB) of the Center for Cancer Research (CCR), National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH). The ETIB is seeking a junior or mid-level physician to assume clinical research studies in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of lymphoma.
The successful candidate for this position must be a board eligible or board certified internist who has completed a hematology or oncology fellowship or have similar professional experience. He/she must demonstrate the ability to provide high quality patient care for individuals receiving hematopietic stem cell transplant therapy for malignancy and to lead clinical research trials.
The successful applicant will be appointed at a salary commensurate with his/her qualifications and experience. Staff clinician and senior clinician appointments are available according to qualification. Full Federal benefits including leave, health and life insurance, long-term care insurance, retirement, and savings plan (401k equivalent) will be provided. An office, infrastructure and personnel for carrying out human subject research will also be provided.
