Lead specialized clinical care for children and adolescents facing complex thrombosis, thrombophilia, and benign hematologic conditions, delivering compassionate, family-centered treatment.

Shape institutional protocols and quality improvement initiatives in pediatric thrombosis management to continuously elevate safety and care standards across the hospital.

Champion multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, surgery, and critical care teams to optimize anticoagulation stewardship and ensure seamless perioperative thrombosis prevention.

Mentor the next generation of medical trainees and students at Dell Medical School, fostering a culture of continuous learning and academic excellence.

Drive clinical innovation by participating in or leading research initiatives that advance the field of benign hematology and improve long-term patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with 13 expert, board certified Pediatric Hematology-Oncology physicians who diagnose, manage, and treat all forms of childhood cancers, blood disorders, bone marrow failure syndromes, and patients in our recently launched Bone Marrow Transplant program.
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology is required.
