Innovative Hematology, Inc. (IHI) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Adult Hematologist with expertise in Classical (Non-Malignant) Hematology to join our nationally recognized comprehensive care team. This is a unique opportunity to practice at one of the nation’s leading centers for benign hematology while contributing to clinical innovation, program development, and academic advancement.
Position Overview
The Adult Hematologist – Classical Hematology will:
- Provide comprehensive care across the spectrum of benign hematologic disorders, including hemostasis, thrombosis, anemia, and complex multisystem conditions
- Participate in and help expand specialized programs within classical hematology, including bleeding disorders, thrombosis, red cell disorders, and women’s health
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 physicians and more than 20 advanced practice providers
- Contribute to clinical program development, quality improvement initiatives, and care model innovation
- Participate in shared call responsibilities, including nights and weekends
- Engage in inpatient consultation services through established hospital partnerships

Qualifications
Candidates should:
- Be board certified or eligible in Hematology (Adult Hematology/Oncology training)
- Be eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure and DEA/CSR
- Demonstrate strong clinical expertise in classical hematology
- Have an interest in multidisciplinary care and program development
