Mary Washington Healthcare Physicians in Fredericksburg, VA seeks Hematology/Oncology Physicians
Requirements: M. D. or Foreign Equivalent Education. Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology and Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Hematology and Medical Oncology, Virginia Medical License eligibility.
Job Duties:
-Provide comprehensive diagnostic and evaluation services for patients with hematologic disorders and cancers.
-Direct the development of evaluation plans for patients received in a consultative fashion.
-Based on the results of diagnostic and evaluation studies, develop evidence-based treatment plans including but not
limited to the use of chemotherapeutic agents, radiation services and surgical interventions.
-Care for patients in both the outpatient clinic setting and inpatient in our hospitals and oversee care delivery for
patients in our infusion center based on treatment prescribed.
