Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI), the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence South of Chicago, seeks an Associate Medical Director to join their team in Peoria, Illinois (IL).
This person will be involved in:
- Leadership and direction for the comprehensive hemophilia, other bleeding disorders, and thrombophilia treatment programs, including setting objectives in conjunction with the CMO and the Board of Directors
- Leading BCDI towards its goal of participation in research studies, QI projects, and publications consistent with its mission to serve patients with bleeding and clotting disorders and other hematological conditions
- 2 days of clinic per week with opp. for dedicated research time, supported by our experienced research team that offers a vast opp. to publish
- Adult and Pediatric Hematology, no Oncology, option to focus on hemostasis, thrombosis, and vascular anomalies
- Mentoring available to increase comfort seeing both adult and pediatric patients
- Ability to work with residents
- Salary in the range of $300K-$350K
- Sign-on bonus of $50K
