Hematology/Oncology Psychologist

Psychologist in Hematology/Oncology- Focus Sickle Cell
Seeks a full-time Psychologist whose primary responsibilities will be in our young adult and adult patient sickle cell disease program based in our growing divisions of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young adults and adults with complex medical conditions, including chronic pain, as part of a multidisciplinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

· Provide comprehensive psychological care including monitoring, screening, evaluation, and evidence-based treatment for patients with complex medical conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver biopsychosocial interventions, make appropriate referrals, and contribute to program development, community outreach, and education.
· Engage in academic and professional development activities such as teaching and supervising students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for research and continued program growth.
