The Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute is seeking applicants for a 1-year advanced lymphoma fellow in its “Research Pathway in Hematology/Oncology” fellowship program. This position is in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology and encompasses both systemic therapies as well as current and future cellular therapies including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell and other immune effector cell therapies. The RPHO advanced fellow will work with incremental autonomy with supervision by staff physicians in the lymphoid malignancies program who are responsible for the management of patients with Hodgkin lymphoma, B-cell and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) as well as the use of transplantation and cellular /immunotherapy.
The successful candidate should be in PGY-6 or PGY-7, be board certified or eligible in hematology and/or medical oncology and eligible for medical licensure in Ohio. In addition to clinical care of patients with lymphoid malignancies, the successful fellow will be expected to contribute to prospective and/or retrospective clinical and/or translational research projects.
