The Mayo Clinic Division of Hematology is recruiting a full-time advanced fellow for its Advanced Hematology Fellowship in Plasma Cell Disorders, with a focus on multiple myelomalight chain (AL) amyloidosisWaldenström’s macroglobulinemia, and other dysproteinemias. This is a 12-month, full-time, non-ACGME-accredited fellowship program designed for physicians who have completed formal training in hematology or hematology-oncology and are seeking advanced subspecialty expertise.
 
The primary goal of the program is to provide advanced, immersive training in the diagnosis, management, and research of plasma cell disorders. Fellows will gain extensive exposure to high-volume outpatient and inpatient care, as well as multidisciplinary case discussions. Clinical activities are complemented by protected time for mentored research, which may include clinical trials, translational studies, or health services research in dysproteinemias. Fellows are expected to lead or co-author publications during their training.
 
Fellows benefit from 1:1 mentorship by world-renowned faculty, collaboration with experts in pathology, radiology, laboratory medicine, and access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technologies.
