Hematology Opportunity – Poughkeepsie, NY (75 minutes North of NYC) Vassar Brothers Medical Center, located in Poughkeepsie, New York, just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking an academically-oriented Hematologist (both classical and malignant hematology). This position will focus on treating patients with hematologic malignancies but will also oversee evaluation of treatment of patients with classical hematology conditions, with advanced practitioner support. Our Cancer Institute is growing rapidly as we are expanding our clinical trial portfolio and positioning ourselves to be a destination cancer program in this region. *** Dr. Adam Boruchov, System Chair of the Cancer Institute, will be attending the upcoming ASCO conference in June in Chicago and will be available to meet with interested candidates. *** ***$50,000 Sign on bonus/retention package plus relocation allowance is available for full time candidates.*** The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in hematology and have post-fellowship experience and/or hematology focused training. A leadership opportunity is available for the appropriate candidate.
